technical and financial standards and obtain a Classification Certificate to provide
services in cities across the Kingdom, without the need to visit the authority.

Once the multiple excavation coordination request is completed, the request for issuing a pre-coordinated excavation permit will be generated automatically.

conduct the evaluation process for contractors without the need to visit the authority.
