• The beneficiary accesses the Balady platform
• Browses the available services and selects the required service
• Clicks on the “Start Service” button
• Choose a search method either by detailed activity name or by ISIC activity name
• Select the activity from the dropdown list
• View the inquiry result
• The beneficiary can print the details or view the activity through the eye icon
