1. Visit the Balady/Ikram platform.
2. Select the service “Burial Certificate Printing”.
3. Log in via the National Unified Access or through the Balady account.
4. Enter the deceased’s details and the body recipient’s information, then click "Verify".
5. Once the mobile number of the body recipient is verified, the certificate is displayed and can be printed.

No, only the recipient of the body whose number is registered in the system can print the burial certificate.
Can the employee print the burial certificate?
Yes, the employee can do that, through the burial certificate printing service.
