An electronic service provided through the Balady platform, aimed at registering and qualifying real estate developers with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, based on Royal Decree No. (A/84) dated 14/02/1442H, and the rules and conditions for considering real estate developers eligible for tax refunds under the decision of the Chairman of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZTCA), Decision No. (1754) dated 15/04/1442H. The data of qualified real estate developers will be automatically sent to the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZTCA) for approval according to the authority's policies and regulations, without the need for an in-person visit.
