- Log in to the Balady platform.
- Click on "Services / Organizations & Systems", and Navigate to the "Balady Business" menu.
- Search for the service "Real Estate Developer Qualification".
- View service details by clicking "Details", or start the service directly by clicking "Start Service".
- After clicking "Details", you can refer to the User Guide to review the steps for submitting the service request.
To qualify as a real estate developer, the entity must have one of the following approved activities:
- Buying, selling, and subdividing land and real estate, including off-plan sales.
- Building construction.
- Selling, renting, purchasing, and developing real estate.
Alternatively, a real estate developer can authorize a certified engineering office to act on their behalf.

For classification on the Balady platform, users can acquire more than one role
without the need to change or delete an existing role. The only requirement is to
meet the necessary conditions for acquiring the role.
For classification changes on Etmam, a support ticket must be submitted, stating the
reason for the change. The modification will be made by Etmam's technical support
team.
