- Log in to the Balady platform.
- Click on "Services / Organizations & Systems", and Navigate to the "Balady Business" menu.
- Search for the service "Approval of Infrastructure for the Communications, Space, and Technology Commission".
- View service details by clicking "Details", or start the service directly by clicking "Start Service".
- After clicking "Details", you can refer to the User Guide to review the steps for submitting the service request.
To qualify as a real estate developer, the entity must have one of the following approved activities:
- Buying, selling, and subdividing land and real estate, including off-plan sales.
- Building construction.
- Selling, renting, purchasing, and developing real estate.
Alternatively, a real estate developer can authorize a certified engineering office to act on their behalf.
How to modify the classification if the wrong classification was selected during account creation? (For example, changing the classification from Real Estate Marketer to Real Estate Developer to apply for the qualification service.)
On the Balady platform, a user can hold multiple classifications without the need to change or remove an existing one. The only requirement is to meet the conditions for acquiring the new classification. However, on the Ettmam platform, the user must submit a support ticket, stating the reason for the modification. The classification will then be changed by Etmam’s technical support team.
