facility owners or responsible parties in registering their establishments and
managing monthly occupancy declarations, making payments based on the facility’s
category, and generating and printing the necessary reports, without the need to visit
the authority.

This service enables citizens to register in the "Certified Observer" initiative, which aims to monitor municipal violations and expand geographic oversight in municipalities. Participants are eligible to receive an incentive reward once a violation is approved through the monitoring platforms, provided all necessary requirements are met.

An electronic service available on the Balady platform, enabling users to conduct a virtual visit by connecting with a customer service representative through a video call. The service includes the ability to upload required documents directly during the session and share the screen with the specialist to facilitate the process without the need to visit service centers.
