An advanced electronic service available on the Balady platform that proactively issues excavation permits for previously coordinated excavation sites as described in the user guide. This service is provided to utility entities across the Kingdom, such as telecommunications, electricity, and water companies. It allows their representatives within project coordination offices to apply for a permit for a previously coordinated excavation (with a prior coordination report) to deliver public utility services, without the need to visit the authority.
Once the multiple excavation coordination request is completed, the request for issuing a pre-coordinated excavation permit will be generated automatically.
