This service allows the old owner to submit a request to transfer the ownership of their commercial license to a new owner, covering various activities, including but not limited to: (Business licenses, Environmental licenses, Industrial company licenses, Medical company licenses, Food company licenses, Tourism company licenses, Professional institution licenses, etc.), without the need to visit the relevant authority.
After completing the request for transferring the ownership of the commercial license, any unauthorized permits will be proactively canceled by the new owner.
Can I transfer the commercial property to another owner?

What is the procedure in the event of transfer of ownership and the identity of the new owner did not appear when inquiring about him in Balady site?
The owners must be registered on Balady site in order for the application to be sent to the new owner and the application procedures to be completed and approved.
