1) The service entity must define its representatives within the Infrastructure Projects Coordination Office (users are defined and powers are linked electronically).
2) The service entity must sign a service level agreement with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing.
3) The service entity shall prepare the geographical plans (Shape File) for the paths of all the excavations to be coordinated.
4) The service entity must prepare a security and safety plan at the site, and the plan must be compatible with the security and safety requirements contained in the Traffic Control Means Manual.
5) The service entity must prepare a traffic control plan in the event of the need to close a street, and the plan must be compatible with the traffic control manual issued by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing.
6) Sometimes the service body has to prepare an initial analysis of the expected impacts on the road.
7) The multi-coordination request must be submitted before the start of work in the nearest planned excavation, with sufficient time to allow the request to be published to all concerned parties and to coordinate between them.
8) The service entity submitting the application is obligated to review the application and approve the validity of its data before sending it.
