1) The service entity representative fills out and sends a multiple excavation coordination request after logging in to the Balady platform and verifying the accuracy of all data and reviewing the service requirements and acknowledging that they have been read and adhered to.
2) The request is automatically published to all relevant parties (coordination and accreditation bodies) and they are notified of the existence of an incoming request that must be reported on within a specific coordination period.
3) Once the request is accepted, a multiple excavation coordination report is issued and the applicant is notified and can print the report.
1) The service entity must submit the future project before the start of the project with sufficient time to allow the request to be published to the relevant parties and coordinate between them.
2) The service entity must identify its representatives within the Infrastructure Projects Coordination Office (users are identified and powers are linked electronically).
3) The service entity must sign a service level agreement with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
4) The service entity must prepare a Shape File for the work sites that need to be coordinated according to the requirements of the future project.
5) The service entity submitting the request is obligated to review the request and approve the accuracy of its data before sending it.
