- The service entity must:
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (Traffic Control at Work Sites and its Updates) Guide issued by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (Traffic Control at Work Sites and its Updates) Guide issued by the Ministry of Transport.
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (General Specifications for Civil Works in Public Utility Projects) Guide issued by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in 1440.
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (Road Section) Guide and its updates issued by the Ministry of Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
- Full compliance with the provisions of the (Street and Square Lighting) Guide and its updates issued by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.
Notes/Alerts
- The future project coordination report is not considered a permit to start excavation, but it is a means to facilitate the coordination process for a number of excavations.
- Excavations that have been previously coordinated will not need to be re-coordinated, but a fee invoice will be issued for them once the permit application is submitted and issued Immediately upon payment of the fees.
- The service entity is obligated to obtain a permit for each excavation coordinated through this system (previously coordinated excavation permit).
- The entity will be notified to submit a request (issuing a pre-coordinated excavation permit) sufficient time before the start of excavation. In the event of failure to submit the request, the system will cancel the work site and the entity will not be able to issue an excavation permit for the expired work site.
