An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection to the cancellation fee invoice issued with an automatic cancellation request or the cancellation request made by the beneficiary. The service enables the beneficiary to specify the disputed items, provide a reason for the objection, and attach relevant documents without needing to visit the municipality.
The objection request is sent to the Objection Review Committee, which has the following options: (Reject the request, Partially accept the request, Fully accept the request).
Which services can be objected to in terms of fees?
Currently, objections can be filed against the automatic cancellation fees for expired commercial licenses, as well as the cancellation request fees submitted by the beneficiary.
Can an objection be filed for more than one item on the invoice?
Yes, it is possible, but a reason for the objection must be provided for each item, along with any supporting attachments if available.
