Group housing license renewal service

1) Log in to Balady portal through Single Sign-On (Absher). 

2) Determine the capacity of the applicant.

3) Select the license to be renewed from the list of linked licenses.

4) Reviewing and acknowledging the conformity of the site requirements required by the Secretariat in the chosen site.

5) Entering the real estate data and the estimated capacity, choosing the engineering office for housing inspection.

6) Choose the type and data of property ownership (owner - tenant).

7) Attach a copy of the property and a copy of the property lease contract, if the housing is rented.

8) Acknowledgment by the beneficiary of the validity of all data.

9) Submit the request.

10) The engineering office will make a scouting visit after agreeing on the cost within two working days.

11) The license is renewed after the residence meets the requirements, and it can be printed using the My Requests and My Permits icon.
