- Coordination with all relevant entities within each coordination office and obtaining government approvals electronically during the request process.
- Compliance with attaching a traffic safety plan around the project site and the consequences of violating that plan.
- Compliance with any updates received from the project coordination office regarding the maintenance of the project site.
- Compliance with the work plan schedule for the project stages provided in the coordination request.
