- Choose the self-service machine permit service.
- Specify the capacity and specify the license.
- Check the remaining period in the license to create the permit, the license status and the absence of a suspension on the license.
- Enter the locations of the machines and details of each machine and send the request to the municipality for approval.
- The secretariat or municipality reviews the request, approves the request and issues an invoice, and upon payment the permit is issued.
- The license activity allows for a self-service machine permit.
- There is no request for a permit for the type of self-service machine with a draft/notes status.
- The license required for the permit is a shop license.
- The license is valid for at least 6 months and the license is not suspended.
- The procedures for issuing, renewing, amending, suspending and canceling the license must be in accordance with the Municipal Licensing Procedures System and its executive regulations.
- The approval of the entity supervising the activity must be obtained before operating it.
- A lease, investment or ownership contract for the machine floor must be provided.
- A site plan (sketch) must be submitted showing the location of the service machines designated for car service and the movement of entry and exit so that they do not obstruct or confuse traffic or pedestrian movement.
- Attach a quality certificate for the self-service machine issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization.
