1. Log in to the Balady platform.
2. Select Self-Service Machine Permit.
3. Specify the applicant type and license details.
4. Verify the remaining validity of the commercial license, ensure no active suspensions, and check if the license meets the conditions to issue a permit.
5. Enter the machine locations and details for each machine, then submit the request for municipal approval.
6. The municipality reviews the application, approves it, issues an invoice, and once payment is completed, the permit is issued.
1. The business activity of the license must allow a self-service machine permit.
2. There must be no existing self-service machine permit request with a "Draft" or "Remarks" status.
3. The permit must be requested for a shop license.
4. The license must be valid for at least six months and must not be suspended.
5. The issuance, renewal, modification, suspension, and cancellation of the permit must comply with the Municipal Licensing Procedures System and its executive regulations.
6. Approval from the supervising authority for the activity must be obtained before operation.
7. A rental, investment, or ownership contract for the machine's location must be provided.
8. A site plan (sketch) must be submitted, showing the location of self-service machines designated for vehicle services, including entry and exit points, ensuring they do not obstruct traffic or pedestrian movement.
9. A quality certificate for the self-service machine must be attached, issued by the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO).
