1. Access the Dashboard and sign in through the Unified National Access (Absher).
2. Select the applicant’s capacity.
3. Review the list of applications, then click Submit New Application.
4. Select Application (Issuance), then choose Collective Residence, then Issuance of a Certificate of Collective Residence, and click Start Service.
5. Enter the Collective Residence License Number associated with the residence proof.
6. Enter the lease contract / rental incident number and the start and end dates of the rental relationship.
7. Enter the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the total room area; the unit’s accommodation capacity will be calculated automatically.
8. Submit the application.
9. The application is sent to the license holder for approval.
10. Once approved, the tenant can print the certificate by accessing the Collective Residence Licenses list, selecting the relevant license, then from the Actions menu choosing View List of Residence Proof Certificates, selecting the certificate, and printing it from the Actions menu.
1. A valid Collective Residence License.
2. A valid rental relationship between the license holder and the leasing establishment.
3. Approval of the application by the license holder.
