فيما يلي أمثلة للأنواع الرئيسية للبيانات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها: البيانات التي تزودنا بها والتي تكون مطلوبة عند التسجيل في القنوات التي توفرها الوزارة (مثل الأسماء، وأرقام الهويات الشخصية، والعناوين، وأرقام التواصل، بيانات الممتلكات الشخصية وصور المستخدم ... وغيرها).

2\ How is Personal Data Collected?
Some of the personal data we process is obtained directly or indirectly, using different methods which may include:
Methods of Obtaining Personal Data Directly:
Products or Services: When registering in the Ministry's official channels and using our products or services (for example, construction license services or commercial activity license services or completion services or sustainable building services or others).
Communication: When communicating with the Ministry, through the digital portal or through mobile applications.
Surveys: When surveys are published, personal data may be collected where this data is used to conduct analysis and research for the purpose of developing services provided by the Ministry and improving customer experience. We may also request other information to meet developmental requirements.
Methods of Obtaining Personal Data Indirectly:
Cookie File Data: Cookies collect data about how you use our website, including the date and time of your visit and the type of internet browser you use.
Personal data may be obtained from other government or non-government sources, for example, but not limited to: Absher services or Yaqeen services, etc.
3\ Why Do We Collect and Use Your Personal Data (Purposes)?
Your personal data is collected and used for several reasons, for example:
Meeting the data required to provide services (such as commercial license services, completion services, and others).
Allowing beneficiaries to access government services and conduct transactions.
Understanding beneficiary needs to improve products and services.
Resolving and addressing inquiries or complaints you may have and improving beneficiary experience across all Ministry communication channels.
Collecting and processing personal data to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Analyzing data and issuing internal reports that serve necessary work requirements, for example, statistical reports.
4\ How Does the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing Share Your Personal Data?
Data is shared for legitimate purposes based on systematic or justified practical necessity aimed at achieving public interest without causing any harm to national interests, activities of entities, privacy of individuals, or environmental safety. Data and entities exempted by royal orders are excluded from this.
5\ How Do We Store Your Personal Data?
Personal data is stored and processed securely within the geographical boundaries of the Kingdom to ensure the preservation of digital national sovereignty of this data. After that, personal data is disposed of and destroyed in a secure manner that prevents its loss, misuse, or unauthorized access in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions governing this.
6\ Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Policy issued by the Data Office in the Ministry, you have the following rights, which are primarily dependent on the purpose of collecting and processing personal data:
Right to Access Your Personal Data: You have the right to request a copy of your personal data through available channels for data access.
Right to Information: The data subject has the right to be informed of the purpose of collecting and processing their personal data and the legal basis considered for this purpose, as well as the content of the data to be processed, the method of collection, the means of storage, and to whom it will be disclosed (where the privacy notice is considered one of the possible means through which the data subject can exercise this right).
Right to Correct Your Personal Data: You have the right to request correction of your personal data that you believe is inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete through the approved channels in the Ministry.
