- The request is automatically published to all relevant parties (coordination and accreditation bodies) and they are notified of the existence of an incoming request that must be reported on within a specific coordination period.
- Once the coordination office bodies accept it, the request is sent to the Secretary for approval.
- Once the Secretary accepts the request, all relevant parties and the applicant are notified of the issuance of the project coordination report and made available for printing
- The project owner must apply for the emergency project without restrictions on the timing of submitting the application, except for the coordination and approval period required for coordination.
