The Ministry of Municipalities & Housing signed several agreements to improve urban planning services and develop infrastructure in cities, under the auspices of His Excellency the Minister, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.
The signing of the agreements came as part of the Ministry's participation in the Leap 23 exhibition and conference at the Digital Government Authority pavilion, where the Ministry was represented by Eng. Eng. Nimr Al-Shibl. As for the third agreement, it was signed with both the Ministry of Energy, which was represented by the Assistant Minister for Electricity Affairs, Eng. Nasser Al-Qahtani, and the Saudi Electricity Company, which was represented by the CEO, Eng. Khaled Al-Qunun.
These agreements come with the aim of strengthening the governance of dealing with reports of visual distortion with the relevant authorities, in addition to exchanging experiences between the government and private sectors to contribute to improving the facilities of cities and developing their infrastructure, which will reflect positively on the urban landscape and raise the quality of life of its residents.
On the other hand, the National Housing Company has concluded two memorandums of understanding with Al Baridi Real Estate Company and the Korean Zigbang Company. To provide artificial intelligence tools and support emerging technologies through the services provided by the National Housing, as represented by the Head of the Solutions Sector at the National Housing, Engineer Rayan bin Abdullah Al-Aql.
The Ministry seeks, through its participation in the Leap 23 conference, to enhance its complementary role with its partners, which contributes to raising the quality of life in Saudi cities.
