An electronic service available on the Balady Platform, designed for government entities and private sector organizations across the Kingdom. This service allows for early notification of major construction projects by submitting a Scheduled Project Coordination Request through the Balady Portal. The request undergoes a coordination and approval cycle, and upon approval, an Official Coordination Report is issued. This report is a requirement for obtaining a construction permit for the project, without the need for an in-person visit to the government authority.

1. The project owner or an authorized representative completes and submits a Scheduled Project Coordination Request after logging into the Major Project Coordination Platform on Balady. The applicant must confirm their identity and role, ensure data accuracy, review the service requirements and commitments, and acknowledge compliance.

2. The request is automatically circulated to all relevant authorities (Coordination and Approval Entities) and they are notified of the request, with a specified response deadline.

3. Once the request is approved, all relevant authorities and the applicant are notified of the issuance of the Scheduled Project Coordination Report, which becomes available for printing and is included in the Scheduled Project Plan.

5. The applicant must acknowledge and commit to the service requirements and conditions.
