1) The project owner or their authorized representative fills out and submits a request for scheduling a project after logging in to the platform for scheduling major projects on the Baladi platform. The requester must ensure the accuracy of all data and comply with service requirements and commitments.
2) The request is automatically published to all relevant parties (coordination and approval entities), who are notified of its existence and must respond within a specified coordination period.
3) Once the request is accepted, all relevant parties and the requester are notified of the issuance of the scheduled project coordination report, which can be printed and included in the scheduled projects plan.
1) The project owner must give early notice of the project to receive it as a scheduled project by submitting a request within a specified deadline each year.
2) The requester's status must be verified as either a facility owner or manager from the Ministry of Commerce or an authorized representative of a facility through the Balady authorization service.
3) The project must comply with the standards for identifying major construction projects, according to each municipality in terms of area, budget, and number of floors.
4) There should be no temporal or spatial conflict with any scheduled project.
5) The requester must acknowledge the service requirements and commitments.
