- The project owner or his authorized representative fills out and sends an unscheduled project coordination request after logging in to the major projects coordination platform from the Balady platform and verifying the applicant's status and the accuracy of all data, reviewing the service requirements and commitments and acknowledging that he has read and adhered to them.
- The request is automatically published to all concerned parties (coordination and accreditation bodies) and they are notified of the existence of an incoming request that must be reported on within a specific coordination period.
- Once the coordination office bodies accept it, the request is sent to the Secretary for approval.
- Once the Secretary accepts the request, all concerned parties and the applicant are notified of the existence of a project coordination report and it is available for printing
- The project owner may apply for an unscheduled project at any time during the same calendar year in the event of no early notification.
- The applicant's status must be verified as (owner of a facility/manager of a facility) or authorized by the facility through the municipal authorization service.
- The project must comply with the criteria for determining major construction projects defined by each municipality in terms of area, budget, and number of floors.
- There must be no temporal or spatial conflict with any scheduled project.
- The conditions and commitments for the service must be approved.
- The entity requesting coordination must undertake the costs of maintenance work for the area located within the project's premises
- Coordination with all parties and obtaining government approvals electronically in the application work cycle.
- Once the application is approved by the coordination and accreditation bodies and the coordination office, the application is sent to the Secretary for approval.
- Commitment to attaching the traffic safety plan around the project site and the consequences of violating that plan.
- Commitment to any updates received from the Project Coordination Office regarding the maintenance of the project campus.
- Commitment to the work plan dates for the project stages submitted in the coordination application.
- The coordination report for the project must be obtained before proceeding to issue a building permit to build the site
