- The request is automatically published to all relevant coordination and accreditation bodies and they are notified of the incoming request that must be reported within a specific coordination period.
- Once the coordination is completed with final acceptance, all relevant bodies and the applicant are notified of the cancellation of the project coordination report and the project site is made available to other bodies
- Entities that have an approved project coordination report that is not used by construction licenses may apply to cancel the project coordination report.
- The applicant's status must be verified whether he is (facility owner/facility manager) or authorized by the facility through the municipal authorization service.
- The application is subject to the coordination and approval period necessary for the coordination process between the concerned entities.
- The conditions and commitments specific to the service must be acknowledged
- Coordination with all parties and obtaining government approvals electronically during the application work cycle.
- Commitment to cancel the project coordination report in the event of a change in property ownership.
- Commitment to attach recent photos of the project work site.
- Once the project coordination report is canceled, that report cannot be used to issue a building permit for the project.
