1. Log into the Balady platform via National Unified Access (Absher).
2. Select the service.
3. Review the regulatory inspection visits for the establishment.
4. Choose the violations to object to.
5. Submit the objection request.
Specify the reason for the objection and attach supporting documents.
Review the list of regulatory requirements and governmental approvals based on the
business type.

Can an objection be submitted for a violation that has already been objected to?
No, it is not possible to submit an objection for a violation that has already been objected to previously, or for violations included in the same inspection report that were previously objected to.
Where is the objection request sent after submission?
The request is forwarded to the relevant committee overseeing the activity. There are three types of committees: (Municipal Committee, Secretariat Committee, Ministry Committee).
