1. Log in to the Electronic Municipal Authorization services.
2. Select the service.
3. Download the delegation letter template, fill out the form, and have it stamped
by the entity.
4. Register the representative’s data and upload the delegation form.
5. The entity’s representative should visit the nearest municipality or municipality
branch with the original copy of the delegation letter.
6. The municipality or secretariat will approve the account manager delegation
request.
