1) Log in to Balady portal through Single Sign-On (Absher).
2) Determine the type of owner and applicant.
3) Choose the cadastral decision for which a license is to be issued.
4) Choosing the engineering office.
5) Send the application to the engineering office.
6) The engineering office completes the data and prepares the required drawings.
7) A payment invoice will be issued.
8) After paying the fees, the license is issued and can be printed.
