The request undergoes a coordination and approval cycle, and upon approval by the Coordination Office, it is forwarded to the Municipality Mayor for final approval or rejection. If approved, the project is added to the project plan, and an approved Coordination Report is issued, which serves as a requirement for obtaining a construction permit. This service is provided electronically without the need for an in-person visit to the government authority.

Privacy and Terms of Use

The applicant logs into the Major Project Coordination Platform on Balady, verifies their identity and role, fills out and submits the Emergency Project Coordination Request, ensuring all entity details, data accuracy, and acknowledgment of the service requirements and commitments.
The request is automatically circulated to all relevant Coordination and Approval Entities, and they are notified of the request, with a specified response deadline.
Once approved by the Coordination Office, the request is forwarded to the Municipality Mayor for final approval.
Upon the Mayor’s approval, all relevant entities and the applicant are notified of the issuance of the Emergency Project Coordination Report, which is made available for printing.
