● The user selects (City Service Providers Classification) from the services list on the Balady platform.
● The user logs into the system.
● The system displays the user's Requests screen.
● If the request meets the eligibility conditions, a (Request Extension) button appears next to it.
● Upon clicking the button, the system forwards the request to the Certificate Extension Request Auditor for review and approval or rejection.
1. A valid or expired Classification Certificate.
2. The certificate must have 14 days or less remaining before expiration or be expired for no more than 14 days.
