The request undergoes a rapid coordination and approval process, after which the permit is issued, excavation work is executed, and the excavation is closed, without the need to visit the authority.

1. The service provider's representative logs into Balady, fills out, and submits a Building Connection Excavation Permit Request, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service conditions.

2. The request undergoes review and approval by the Project Coordination Office and relevant authorities within a maximum of 24 hours.

3. Once the request is approved, a system-generated invoice is issued, and the applicant is notified to complete payment within the specified timeframe.

4. After payment, the Building Connection Excavation Permit is issued, and the applicant is notified, with an option to print the permit.

1. The service provider must assign representatives within the Infrastructure Project Coordination Office (users and permissions must be assigned electronically).

2. The service provider must define its project team in each coordination office across municipalities (qualified contractors, consultants, and supervisors).

3. The service provider must prepare a Shape File containing excavation paths for the requested permit.

4. The service provider must prepare a site safety and security plan, ensuring compliance with work zone safety regulations outlined in the Traffic Control Guide.

5. The request must include a work order attachment and proof of the building’s location.

6. The service provider must review and verify the request details before submission.
