- Issuing a ban on excavation work sites
Access the Infrastructure Coordination Services - Nesq via Baladi platform.
Select the service "Issuing work site bans".
Define the scope of the ban on the map using the drawing tool or by uploading a Shapefile.
Enter the prohibition data and the reason for the prohibition.
Attach the required supporting documents.
Submit the request to His Excellency the Secretary's office to obtain approval of the site ban request, if required by the Secretariat. - Modifying the ban on excavation sites
The "Work Site Ban" service allows the authority holder in the coordination offices in the secretariats to submit a request to modify the work site ban, where the scope of the ban can be modified by following the following steps:
Log in to the Infrastructure Coordination Services - Nesq via Baladi platform.
Select the "Modify Work Site Ban" service.
Modify the scope of the ban using the map drawing tool or by uploading a Shapefile.
Modify the following prohibition data (prohibition locations, timeline, and nature of the prohibition).
Enter the reason for modifying the worksite ban.
The site ban is modified directly or the request is submitted to the Secretary's office for approval of the ban modification request, if required by the Secretariat. - Unblocking Drilling Sites
The "Work Site Ban" service allows the authority holder in the coordination offices of the secretariats to submit a request to cancel the ban on excavation sites through the Infrastructure Works Coordination Services - Nesq via Baladi platform, by following the following steps:
Log in to the Infrastructure Works Coordination Services - Nesq via Baladi platform.
Select the "Unblock Work Sites" service.
Enter the reason for unblocking.
The site is unblocked directly or after submitting the request to His Excellency the Secretary's office to obtain approval for the unblocking request, if required by the Secretariat
- Issuing a ban on excavation sites
A request to ban excavation sites is issued according to the following requirements and request settings:
Granting powers to the employees of the coordination offices in the secretariats to submit the ban request.
The request is coordinated and approved by the Office of the Secretary-General within 72 hours.
The request is approved directly if the ban is temporary, but in other cases, it requires the approval of the Secretary.
Supporting documents, such as the Secretary's approval document or the blocking document, must be attached if the mechanism for approving the request is "direct approval".
If the coordination deadline expires without action from the Amin's office, the request is automatically rejected, if required by the Amin.
The Amin's coordination office representative must process applications, drilling permits, and affected sites within the scope of the prohibition specified in the prohibition request. - Modification of the drilling site ban
The drilling site ban request is modified according to the following requirements and settings of the request:
Granting powers to the employees of the coordination offices in the secretariats to submit the ban request.
The request is coordinated and approved by the Office of the Secretary-General within 48 hours.
The request is approved directly if the ban is temporary, but in other cases, the approval of the Secretary is required.
Supporting documents, such as the Secretary's approval document or the amended prohibition document, must be attached to the request to modify the site ban, if the approval mechanism is "direct approval".
If the coordination deadline expires without action from the Secretary's office, the request is automatically rejected.
The representative of the Municipality's Coordination Office shall process requests to amend the ban, drilling permits, and sites affected by the scope of the amended ban. - Unblocking Drilling Sites
A request to unblock drilling sites is canceled according to the following requirements and request settings:
Granting powers to the employees of the coordination offices in the secretariats to lift the ban request.
The request is coordinated and approved by the Office of the Secretary-General within 72 hours.
The request is approved directly if the ban is temporary, but in other cases, the approval of the Secretary is required, if required by the Secretariat.
Documents supporting the request to amend the site ban, such as the Secretary's approval document or the amended ban document, must be attached if the mechanism for approving the request is "Direct Approval".
If the coordination deadline expires without action from the Secretary's office, the request is automatically rejected, if required by the Secretariat
