- Log in to the Balady Platform.
- Click on the "Services List" link from the "Services" menu in the top navigation bar.
- Search for "Approval Platform" by entering the service name in the search bar ("Search here...").
- Once the service appears, click on "Details" to view more information.
- After viewing the service card, click "Start Service" to begin the process.
- Refer to the User Guide for detailed service request steps.
- The beneficiary must be authorized by one of the service entities, such as telecommunications companies or electricity providers.
