Emergency Excavation Permit
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, designed for service entities across the Kingdom, including telecommunication, electricity, and water companies. This service allows their representatives within project coordination offices to apply for an emergency excavation permit to repair unexpected failures, such as land subsidence, electrical or telephone cable disruptions, water, sewage, or gas pipeline breaks, without the need to visit the authority.
Coordination Approval for Service Entities
An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows entities to review incoming coordination requests, view their details and responses from other entities, and provide their feedback without the need to visit the authority.
Excavation Permits
An electronic service available on the Balady platform for service entities only, allowing them to obtain excavation permits. These entities provide public utility services that require excavation work on roads under the supervision of municipalities "within city limits," such as telecommunications companies, the National Water Company, the Saudi Electricity Company, and road, maintenance, parks, and flood management departments within municipalities, without the need to visit the authority.
