بعد تقديم ممثل الجهة الخدمية طلب الغاء اشعار الحفر الطارئ و سرد أسباب الإلغاء و الإقرار بالتعهدات و الاشتراطات الخاصة بالطلب يتم توجيه الطلب لمكتب التنسيق ليقوم مكتب التنسيق بالتأكد من أن موقع الاشعار الطارئ لا يوجد به أي أعمال حفر أو معدات في هذه الحالة و بعد دراسة الطلب و أسباب الالغاء يقوم مكتب التنسيق بالموافقة على الالغاء ليقوم النظام بإلغاء اشعار الحفر الطارئ.
