يمكن لممثل الجهة الخدمية ( بعد أخذ موافقة مكتب التنسيق ) أو ممثل مكتب التنسيق بحسب الصلاحية التقديم على طلب إلغاء الموافقة المبدئية و ذلك بعد التأكد من أسباب الإلغاء و عدم البدء بأعمال الحفر بموقع الاشعار و خلو الموقع من أي معدات أو أدوات .
