هي خدمة مقدمة إلى الجهات الحكومية والجهات الخاصة على مستوى المملكة حيث يتاح تقديم طلب تعديل خطة مشروع للمشاريع المجدولة أو المشاريع الغير مجدولة من خلال بوابة بلدي، و لا يتاح تعديل خطة المشروع الطارئ ، ويمر هذا الطلب بدورة تنسيق واعتماد، وفي حال القبول النهائي للمشروع يتم وضعة ضمن خطة المشروعات و إصدار نسخة محدثة و معتمدة من تقرير التنسيق.
