The validity of the temporary advertisement permit is linked to the validity of the commercial license.
Temporary advertisement boards on the shopfront must not exceed 50% of the shopfront’s total width.
The advertisement board must be within the display area of the shopfront and must not exceed 1 meter from the facade.
The permitted advertisement period must not exceed 90 days from the date the temporary advertisement permit is issued.
The commercial license must be valid.
Approval from the Ministry of Commerce is required if the temporary advertisement type is for sales or discounts.
