Notes / Reminders
- If the commercial registration is transferred through the Ministry of Commerce, the related commercial licenses will be transferred automatically, and there is no need to submit a separate ownership transfer request via the Balady
platform. - If the new owner accepts the ownership transfer but fails to complete the requirements, the transfer will be processed automatically after 14 working days from acceptance.
