Studying, developing and preparing municipal facilities and services to serve the pilgrims

The initiative aims to serve the guests of Rahman, starting from the ports (land, sea, and air) in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, Jeddah, and Taif to the Two Holy Mosques, through studying, establishing, developing, and improving municipal facilities and services within urban areas (example: roads, streets, intersections, lighting, rest houses). Guests of Rahman, Hajj and Umrah times, parking lots, gas stations...) and raising their efficiency
