It allows their representatives within project coordination offices to apply for a permit for a previously coordinated excavation (with a prior coordination report) to deliver public utility services, without the need to visit the authority.

The cemetery is reserved, and the authority arranges the transport and preparation of the body at a specified date and time for the funeral prayer without the need to visit the authority.

An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to track requests for changing the supervising office and contractor, view request statuses, and check details without the need to visit the relevant authority.
Reserving a Site for a Mobile Cart License
An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows Saudi citizens to reserve a site for a mobile cart license (whether in a municipal incubator site or a municipal route) without the need to visit the authority.

Sacrificial Slaughter Permit Service
A proactive electronic service provided through the Balady platform that allows the owner, commercial registration manager, or an authorized representative to apply for an Sacrificial Slaughter Permit Service, provided that the necessary conditions are met. The application can only be submitted during the designated period, and the permit is issued free of charge for four days only. The permit can be printed via the My Requests service without the need to visit the municipality.
