Service of Selling Copies of Approved Land Schemes
Adoption of special plans
An electronic service provided on the Balady platform, enabling individuals, institutions, real estate developers, and engineering offices to apply for purchasing a copy (paper or electronic) of approved land schemes from the municipality without the need to visit the entity.
Log in to the Balady platform. Select the Land Schemes Copies Selling service. Specify the applicant's status. Select the Scheme(s) from the list. Submit the request to the municipality.
Where can I find the engineering office’s comments on my request?
You can track comments and feedback under the (My Tasks) tab.
Is there a reference number for the request?
Yes, after submission, the system generates a request number:
○ (SAS) for private land scheme approvals.
○ (DAS) for detailed land scheme approvals.
These can be found under the (My Requests) tab.

This mode provides different assistive options to help users with cognitive impairments such as Dyslexia, Autism, CVA, and others, to focus on the essential elements of the website more easily.
Motor Impaired Mode
Allows using the website with a keyboard
This mode enables people with motor impairments to operate the website by using the keyboard Tab, Shift+Tab, and the Enter keys. Users can also use speech recognition software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking.
Colorblind Mode
Adjusts the website for colorblind users
This mode adjusts the website for colorblind users such as Protanopia, Deuteranopia, Tritanopia, and others. It also helps users with Cataracts and Glaucoma.
Dyslexia Friendly Mode
Helps users with Dyslexia
This mode adjusts the website to be easier to read for people with Dyslexia, which is a reading disability characterized by trouble with reading despite normal intelligence.
ADHD Friendly Mode
Reduces distractions and improve focus
This mode helps users with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders to read, browse, and focus on the main website elements more easily while significantly reducing distractions.
Blindness Mode
Allows using the site with your screen-reader
This mode configures the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is software for blind users that is installed on a computer and smartphone, and websites must be compatible with it.
