- The project owner or their authorized representative logs into the Major Project Coordination Platform on Balady, verifies their identity and role, fills out and submits the Unscheduled Project Coordination Request, ensuring all entity details, data accuracy, and acknowledgment of the service requirements and commitments.
- The request is automatically circulated to all relevant Coordination and Approval Entities, and they are notified of the request, with a specified response deadline.
- Once approved by the Coordination Office, the request is forwarded to the Mayor for final approval.
- Upon the Mayor’s approval, all relevant entities and the applicant are notified of the issuance of the Unscheduled Project Coordination Report, which is made available for printing.
- The project owner may submit an Unscheduled Project Coordination Request at any time within the same calendar year if early notification was not provided.
- The applicant’s role must be verified as either (Establishment Owner/Manager) or as an authorized representative through the Municipal Authorization Service.
- The project must meet the criteria for defining major construction projects as established by each municipality, including area, budget, and number of floors.
- The project must not have any time or location conflicts with a scheduled project.
- The applicant must acknowledge and commit to the service requirements and conditions.
- The requesting entity must cover the maintenance costs of the area within the project zone.
