- Log in to the Balady Portal using the National Unified Access (Absher).
- View the list of suspended or canceled permits.
- Select the permit for which you want to submit an appeal.
- Enter the reason for the appeal.
- Submit the request to the relevant authority.
The permit must have been suspended or canceled.
Only permits that have been suspended or canceled are eligible for appeal.
