Once the mobile cart license is issued, the Freelance Work Certificate will also be automatically issued.

Must not belong to restricted tribes as per regulations. 6. Must not already hold a mobile cart license. 7. Must not hold a retail outlet license. 8. Must not hold a commercial license.
