- Identifying the owner and applicant
- Determine the purpose of the Cadastral decision
- Enter the ownership document information
- Determine the principality, municipality and district
- Choose an engineering office (certified for surveying) to perform the survey.
- Choose a certified Surveyor (Fast Track)
- Send the request to the Engineering Office
- After paying the fees, the Cadastral decision is issued and can be printed from the beneficiary's account
- Contract with an engineering office certified for surveying
- The existence of an updated title deed from the Ministry of Justice or a housing contract or a document of ownership
- Payment of service fees
