An electronic service available on the Balady Portal that allows beneficiaries to view a map of Saudi Arabia highlighting Phase 1 areas where vacant land must be fenced. The service enables users to search for designated vacant lands, select them, and initiate the fencing process directly from the map. The Phase 1 areas include the major cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, and Dammam Metropolitan Area, without the need to visit the authority.

Privacy and Terms of Use

Inquiries service for space land fencing

Log in to the Balady Portal using National Unified Access (Absher).
Select the "Balady Services" tab.
Choose "Vacant Land Fencing Permit."
Select "Vacant Land Fencing Inquiry Service."
A map of Saudi Arabia will be displayed, highlighting areas where vacant land must be fenced.
Zoom in on the area where the land is located.
Lands required to be fenced will be shaded in green.
Select the land plot, and an option will appear to apply for a fencing permit directly from the map.
