- Identify the applicant as an authorized representative for an establishment.
- Select the authorized government entity.
- Choose the building license or survey report for which you want to issue a license to correct the status of a government building.
- Select the engineering office.
- Submit the request to the engineering office.
- The engineering office will choose the building type as government.
- The engineering office will complete the data and prepare the required plans.
- The municipality will review and approve the request.
- After the request is approved, the license is issued and can be printed.
- Authorization from the government entity for the applicant to provide the service (electronic municipal authorization).
- Possession of a building permit for a government building or a survey report for the purpose of correcting the status of an existing building.
