- The municipality will review and approve the request.
- After the request is approved, the license is issued and can be printed.
- Authorization from the government entity for the applicant to provide the service (electronic municipal authorization).
- Possession of a building permit for a government building or a survey report for the purpose of correcting the status of an existing building.
