- Access the dashboard and select your user role
- Select the service via “New Application” to start the application
- Select the building permit for which a carport construction permit is to be issued.
- Authorize an engineering office to complete the application procedures for the carport construction permit.
- The engineering office selects the design model to be implemented and prepares the related plans and drawings.
- The Municipality or Amanah reviews the application.
- The permit is issued, and both the beneficiary and the engineering office are notified.
- Execution begins, along with placing the carport information card (QR).
1. A building permit must be issued for the property, along with a certificate of occupancy, for which the carport construction permit is to be requested within its property boundaries.
2. A certified engineering office is required.
3. The building must be located on a commercial street with a width of 30 meters or more.
4. The applicant must be the building owner, their authorized representative, or a property owners' association.
5. Approval of the declarations related to the permit issuance through the Balady platform is required.
6. Approval from the Municipality or Amanah for the permit request is required.
