Commercial licenses

This electronic service is available on the Balady platform. When a business owner decides to terminate their commercial activities, they are required to cancel their commercial license associated with the establishment. Through this service, users can cancel licenses for various business activities, including but not limited to: business licenses, environmental licenses, industrial company licenses, medical company licenses, food company licenses, tourism company licenses, and professional institution licenses.
After completing the commercial license cancellation, all linked permits will be automatically canceled.

An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform, through which you can enhance the continuity of your business. This service allows you to renew your commercial license, and you can also renew it with modifications to the license data. There are two types of renewal: instant and non-instant, depending on the activity and the location of your establishment, without the need to visit the relevant authority.

An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows users to commence commercial activities by issuing a Commercial License, along with a Safety Permit issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defense for all commercial activities approved by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, without the need to visit the authority.

These permits are linked to registered licenses of the establishment without the need to visit the authority.

These carts provide the establishment's services outside the store and in multiple locations. This service is also available for limited activities such as car washing services, without the need to visit the authority.
After canceling the commercial license, all permits associated with the license will be automatically revoked.

A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform allows beneficiaries to submit a request to provide valet parking service at multiple locations. A valid commercial license with the activity (Vehicle Parking Service) is required, and more than one permit request can be submitted under the same license without the need to visit the authority.

A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows event organizers to apply for an event permit, specifying the event site and duration, with no need for in-person visits to the municipality.

Once a commercial license is canceled, all related permits will be automatically canceled as well.

This electronic service available on the Balady platform enables the previous owner to submit a request to transfer ownership of their commercial license to another owner. This applies to various business activities, including but not limited to: business licenses, environmental licenses, industrial company licenses, medical company licenses, food company licenses, tourism company licenses, and professional institution licenses.

A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to extend their business hours by obtaining a 24-hour permit linked to their commercial license, without needing to visit the relevant authority. Once a commercial license is canceled, all related permits will be automatically canceled as well.

An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform that allows beneficiaries to file an objection to the cancellation fee invoice issued with an automatic cancellation request or the cancellation request made by the beneficiary. The service enables the beneficiary to specify the disputed items, provide a reason for the objection, and attach relevant documents without needing to visit the municipality.
The objection request is sent to the Objection Review Committee, which has the following options: (Reject the request, Partially accept the request, Fully accept the request).

An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform for beneficiaries who wish to renew their commercial license but encounter a technical issue in the Baladi system that results in the expiration of the license. Through this service, the beneficiary can submit an objection request. Upon verification by the relevant team, the license renewal will be allowed without the imposition of penalty fees, and there will be no need for an in-person visit to the municipality.
