Sacrificial Slaughter Permit Service
A proactive electronic service provided through the Balady platform that allows the owner, commercial registration manager, or an authorized representative to apply for an Sacrificial Slaughter Permit Service, provided that the necessary conditions are met. The application can only be submitted during the designated period, and the permit is issued free of charge for four days only. The permit can be printed via the My Requests service without the need to visit the municipality.
Once the commercial license is canceled, any related permits will be automatically revoked.

Scheduled Project Coordination Request
An electronic service available on the Balady Platform, designed for government entities and private sector organizations across the Kingdom. This service allows for early notification of major construction projects by submitting a Scheduled Project Coordination Request through the Balady Portal. The request undergoes a coordination and approval cycle, and upon approval, an Official Coordination Report is issued. This report is a requirement for obtaining a construction permit for the project, without the need for an in-person visit to the government authority.
Seasonal Permits Service
A proactive electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing users to obtain a seasonal permit for temporary market stalls during specific seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Hajj, spring season, etc.) as designated by the municipality or sub-municipality, without the need for in-person visits. Once a commercial license is canceled, all related permits will be automatically canceled as well.
Selecting and Reserving a Cemetery
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to select and reserve a cemetery for a specified date and funeral prayer time without requiring transportation and preparation services or direct contact with the Mortuary Services Department (Honoring the Deceased Department). No in-person visit to the authority is required.
Self-Assessment and Compliance Service
An electronic service available on the Balady Platform, enabling license holders or their representatives to assess their establishment’s compliance with activity-specific requirements. This is done by comparing inspection checklist items with the current status of the establishment, aiming to raise awareness about compliance requirements and improve compliance rates for commercial licenses without the need for an in-person visit to the government authority.
Self-Service Machine Permit
A proactive electronic service provided through the Balady platform, allowing commercial license owners or authorized representatives to obtain self-service machine permits either inside or outside the premises, depending on the business activity of the commercial license, without the need to visit the authority.

An electronic service offered on the Baladi platform for cases where a license has been previously transferred from the old owner but remains suspended in their account on the platform. Through this service, an objection request can be submitted to review and identify the correct owner without the need for in-person visits to the relevant authority.
Service for Submitting a Request to Delete Duplicate Licenses
An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to address the issue of duplicate licenses in their account, which may arise for various reasons. Through this service, the beneficiary can submit a request to delete duplicate licenses and retain only one license without the need to visit the relevant authority.
Service of Selling Copies of Approved Land Schemes
An electronic service provided on the Balady platform, enabling individuals, institutions, real estate developers, and engineering offices to apply for purchasing a copy (paper or electronic) of approved land schemes from the municipality without the need to visit the entity.
